vickers pvq variable piston pump is a straight-axis variable pump with 9 specifications, which relies on pressure to control variables. The noise level of each pump is close to or lower than that of the motor driving the pump. The noise is reduced by a patented timing configuration that also results in very small pressure “pulsations” in the output flow. PVQ series plunger pumps can operate with many types of hydraulic fluids. In addition to typical petroleum-based hydraulic oils and synthetic hydraulic oils, it can also be adapted to aqueous hydraulic fluids and phosphatidic acid hydraulic fluids. Many PVQ piston pumps have through-shaft drive solutions to adapt to multi-pump applications and installation needs. The through-shaft drive pump can be equipped with various types of fixed pumps and variable displacement pumps of different specifications, forming a compact and flexible assembly. Such an assembly is less expensive to set up because the size of the unit is reduced and only a single mount on the prime mover is required. The low-noise PVQ piston pumps have excellent operating characteristics, and a wide range of control methods and installation styles allow the most suitable model to be selected for any application.
